Stagecoach Days offers multiple events throughout the year, each supported by dedicated volunteers. Whether you’re helping at Barrels, Brews, & Bites or the Stagecoach Days Rodeo, volunteers play a key role in creating a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for the community. Barrels, Brews, & Bites
Volunteers will assist with event setup, guest check-in, activity support, and general event coordination at Dysart Park on May 15–16, 2026.
Responsibilities include helping guide attendees, supporting vendors and activities, maintaining clean and safe spaces, and assisting with breakdown.
This is a family-friendly event with children present. All volunteers must remain sober, attentive, and professional at all times while helping create a safe and welcoming environment.
Stagecoach Days Rodeo
Volunteers will support event setup, guest entry and bag checks, crowd guidance, activity support, and overall event coordination during the Stagecoach Days Rodeo from September 11–12, 2026.
Responsibilities may also include assisting with VIP areas, helping vendors, maintaining clean and safe spaces, and supporting event breakdown.
This is a large, family-friendly event with children in attendance. All volunteers must remain sober, attentive, and professional at all times while helping ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
